A fun family event for creators, makers and hobbyists!

Turning 2025 is the Ohio Valley Woodturners Guild’s biennial Symposium. It is held in a unique rural setting away from the usual hassle of a city hotel or conference center. The Higher Ground Conference & Retreat Center in Southeastern Indiana fosters an intimacy not found at other symposia. This environment encourages attendees to stay on site, dine with new and old friends, and enjoy the camaraderie and open sharing of woodturning experience.
Demonstrations
There is an excellent line-up of Featured and Guest Demonstrators to entertain and educate you. There will be 40 breakout sessions of 90 minutes each over the three days. 24 of those will be by the Featured Demonstrators and 16 by the Guest Demonstrators.
Vendors
There will also be many vendors to tempt you with tools, wood, and accessories that you just cannot do without.
